official 1rpu fancy image made with POLYVIEW-3D
(The pdb file I used to generate this image was not in fact unremediated as I first thought, but one I got from the author a few days before release. It lacked the alternate configuration and only had what is the 'a' configuration of the nucleic acid chains in the official pdb file. The official pdb file showed both configurations when put in Polyview-3D which was less than desirable and using the one I already had was more simple than stripping out all the B configurations of the nucleic acid chain.) Settings used:
