Senior Analytical Chemist at the Laboratory of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in The Hague, The Netherlands (since 2012). Previously Director's Fellow at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) from 2010-2012. From 206-2010 owner and PI at Blum-Scientific Services in Munich, Germany, doing contract R&D in the field of CBRN protection. Main focus is on enzymatic technologies for the detoxification of chemical and biological warfare agents. Located in Munich, Germany. I have obtained my Ph.D.in biochemistry from the University of Frankfurt in the group of Prof. Heinz Rüterjans. Previously I studied chemistry at the Technical University of Braunschweig, the Humboldt University in Berlin and the University of Birmingham, UK.Since December 2009 I also hold an M.A. in War Studies from King's College London.
