FunctionAromatic amine dehydrogenase (AADH) catalyzes the conversion of primary aromatic amine and acceptor to aldehyde and reduced acceptor. The acceptor co-factor is tryptophan tryptophylquinone (TTQ).[1] Structural highlightsAADH structure consists of 2 large and 2 small subunits with the co-factor TTQ attached covalently to the small subunit.[2] 3D structures of aromatic amine dehydrogenaseAromatic amine dehydrogenase 3D structures
