Anti-sigma factor antagonist

Anti-sigma factor antagonist (SPOIIAA) relieves the inhibition of sigma factor by the anti-sigma factor. The sigma factors (see Sigma factor) are transcriptional regulators whose activity is regulated by anti-sigma factor proteins.
