We apologize, but 6YTR cannot be processed by FirstGlance in Jmol because it is available only in the mmCIF format (not in PDB format). In August, 2024, approximately 2.6% of the entries in the Protein Data Bank are not available in the PDB format. FirstGlance is not able to process mmCIF format. In future it may be adapted for mmCIF.

Entries that are too large for the PDB Format (>99,999 atoms or >62 chains) are usually available broken into two or more PDB-formatted subsets, each of which can be processed by FirstGlance.
