Publication Abstract from PubMedThe vDED coiled coil domain from human BAP29 was crystallized in dimeric and tetrameric forms. For the dimer, a disulfide bond was unexpectedly found to bridge a crystal contact, resulting in complete cross-linking along the c-axis.
