in Jmol application all I needed to do to load biomolecule, was to enter in the console:
load 3lqq.pdb filter "biomolecule 1"

Even easier for Proteopedia was to choose "biomolecule 1" under biomolecules from menu at top of Jmol menu. BUT IT DOESN"T SAVE THAT WAY in a proteopedia script.

SO instead to get alpha carbons of biomolecule into Proteopedia, I went to page at RCSB PDB via link on the page and opened the biomolecule in Jmol (http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore/jmol.do?structureId=3LQQ&bionumber=1) and using SAVE option in Jmol menu, saved as 3lqqbiomolecule.pdb. [It actually took changing the name in the 'save as' name slot to get it to even allow saving. THIS IS JUST ALPHA-CARBONS FROM HERE!!!] Then I uploaded this multi-model file to Proteopedia [I had to remove <pre> tag at end and beginning in order to be able to upload to Proteopedia.] and when open, entered in the console, model all and then told it not to save as an animation. THIS IS JUST ALPHA-CARBONS + ATPs BECAUSE OF WAY I GOT IT BUT IT LOADS FAST!!!

Remember, I could get full biological molecule from 'Download files' menu where I could select the 'biological assembly (gz)'.
