Dendrotoxin is a neurotoxin from the venom of the mamba snakes which blocks the voltage-gated potassium channels. The images at the left and at the right correspond to one representative dendrotoxin, i.e. the crystal structure of dendrotoxin I (1dem).
3D Structures of Dendrotoxin
1dem – dendrotoxin I – black mamba
1den - dendrotoxin I - NMR
1dtk - dendrotoxin K- NMR
1dtx – α-dendrotoxin - Eastern green mamba
