Solution structure of the third PDZ domain of mouse harmonin
Function
[USH1C_MOUSE] Required for normal development and maintenance of cochlear hair cell bundles. Anchoring/scaffolding protein that is a part of the functional network formed by USH1C, USH1G, CDH23 and MYO7A that mediates mechanotransduction in cochlear hair cells. Required for normal hearing.[1]
About this Structure
1v6b is a 1 chain structure with sequence from Mus musculus. Full experimental information is available from OCA.
