The zoom level cannot be set numerically right now, you have to hold shift and then click and drag the mouse. In terms of making that "initial scene" green link go to the initial scene that you have set, I've asked Jaime Prilusky about it, he is responsible for the structure box, so he will have a look. My feeling is that we want to have it work as you've described. By the way, when adding a note, to sign with your name, use 4 tildas like so <nowiki>~~~~</nowiki>.
