The Proteopedia Team plans to provide a link under each molecule that will display the ConSurf Database results within Proteopedia. Until that is implemented (and even afterwards, in topic pages) you may wish to show a particular ConSurf result as a molecular scene in Proteopedia. Here is how:
To create a scene with a molecule colored by evolutionary conservation use the button "evolutionary conservation" in the "color" tab of the Scene Authoring Tools.
