Introduction
The Adenylate Kinase is an awesome protein The Adenylate Kinase is made up of 9 beta sheets (light blue) and 9 alpha helices (dark blue). Adenylate Kinase also contains hydrogen bonds (yellow) that help to hold the helices and sheets together. The hydrophobis interactions (deep pink) also play a huge role in holding this protein together. |
