Methylenetetrahydrofolate dehydrogenase/methenyltetrahydrofolate cyclohydrolase, putative bifunctional protein folD from Francisella tularensis.
Function
[FOLD_FRATW] Catalyzes the oxidation of 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate to 5,10-methenyltetrahydrofolate and then the hydrolysis of 5,10-methenyltetrahydrofolate to 10-formyltetrahydrofolate (By similarity).
About this Structure
3l07 is a 2 chain structure with sequence from Francisella tularensis. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA.
