The idea was simply to make something comparable using Jmol and wiki-text so that in addition to showing the components, one could rotate the protein components and choose to display them in other ways. At the same time, it would show what is possible within Proteopedia using Jmol. Interactive Flash is allowed within Proteopedia (see [[Proteopedia:Cookbook]]);however, having the molecules in Jmol allows the user much more interaction and control over their display.
