PROTEINS: RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION
<StructureSection load='1stp' size='340' side='right' caption='Caption for this structure' scene=> This page is just an introductory study of proteins. The activities presented here aim to demonstrate the relationship between structural features and functions of some proteins and make part of a learning set in an investigative approach model developed in the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (Dep. de Bioquímica).
Proteínas
1) Citocromo c
2) Colágeno
3) Mioglobina
4) Hemoglobina
5) Imunoglobulina
This is a sample scene created with SAT to color by Group, and another to make a transparent representation of the protein. You can make your own scenes on SAT starting from scratch or loading and editing one of these sample scenes.
