Eventually you might want to consider adding morphs to give the idea of the conformational changes in the transport proteins between their open and closed states. The morph itself does not represent the actual motion between the two states -- open and closed -- but rather is a linear interpolation (in most morphs) between the starting structure and the ending structure.
