In vitro, is also able to deacetylate L-Lys(epsilon-acetyl)coumarin, but has very low activity towards the larger tetrapeptide N-acetyl-L-Arg-L-His-L-Lys(epsilon-acetyl)-L-Lys(epsilon-acetyl)coumarin (PubMed:21268586).
