FCT takes part in the oxalate degradation pathway. Structural highlights FCT structure shows 2 domains: large and small. The large domain is composed of residues from the N-terminal and the C-terminal. The active site binds oxalate, Cl and CoA . Water molecules are shown as red spheres.
