FunctionNAD+ synthase or NH3-dependent NAD synthetase (NADS) catalyzes the conversion of ATP, deamino-NAD+ and NH3 to AMP, NAD+ and diphosphate (PP). NADS is part of the NAD synthesis pathway[1] .
