Testing Jmol 12.2.16
Findings while testing Jmol 12.2.XX on Proteopedia:

Note that the About/Version will return 12.2.18_dev
- Inserting quoted text in an echo makes the whole scene to fail. Statements like this one is a ticket to failure
echo "Dealkylation ("aging")"; since the Jmol parser is unable to properly pair the nested quotes.
Alex:
2) When the scene was saved the orientation of the protein did not change – it was as original position of the protein.
3) If the scene is saved with both scene transition options “skip the zoom-out when this scene loads?’ and “skip the transition between scenes when this scene loads?” the orientation of molecule including zoom is saved, but it does not spin.

2) again, same as Alex's 2) above. I zoomed all the way in. but when saved and viewed it was zoomed out.
