This is the barrier to autointegration factor (BAF) protein.

1.There is one domain of BAF protein bound to the double stranded DNA unspecifically, probably with the help of some charged amino acids.

2. Lem domain of Emerin protein binds close to the hydrophobic surface in BAF protein dimer.
