FunctionDiseaseRelevanceStructural highlightsThis is a sample scene created with SAT to color by Group, and another to make a transparent representation of the protein. You can make your own scenes on SAT starting from scratch or loading and editing one of these sample scenes. Here you are able to get a clear view of the four helices that form IL-6. Here you are able to get a clear view of Helix A. Here you are able to get a clear view of Helix B. Here you are able to get a view of the water structure in the region between the D helix and the A-B loop of IL-6. The water molecules are shown as red spheres. The A-B loop is shown in brown with a yellow disulfide linkage near F74 which is displayed in pink. The D helix is shown in black. Q175 is shown in green. R179 is shown in blue.
