Function
DHX35_HUMAN Acts as a co-sensor in RIGI-mediated antiviral innate immunity (PubMed:39037956). Enhances RIGI recognition of viral nucleic acids and interacts with RIGI and MAVS to form a signaling complex which triggers downstream signaling cascades that lead to the induction of type I interferons and pro-inflammatory cytokines during the antiviral innate immune response (PubMed:39037956).[1]
