Human Serum Albumin
About this Structure
This is the protein Human Serum Albumin(HSA),it has alpha helices (shown in red) and also beta sheets (shown in blue), now the hydrophobic parts of HSA are on both the surface and inside. HSA is an abundant transport protein found in plasma that binds a wide variety of drugs in two primary binding sites (I and II) and can have a significant impact on their pharmacokinetics.
