Capsid ("skin") of the Simian Virus 40 (1sva). 6 sequence-identical chains in the Asymmetric Unit are given distinct colors. Duplicates of each chain forming the capsid assembly (Biological Unit) are colored the same as the originals. The capsid has been simplified to every second alpha carbon by FirstGlance in Jmol.
