MAST1 associates with the cytoskeleton and can bind through its PDZ domain both β-2-synthrophin and neuronal nitric oxide synthase. MAST2 regulates lipopolysaccharide-induced IL-12 synthesis. MAST L supports mitosis by phosphorylating PP2A/B55[1]
