Rainbow

Dear Youngsen,

You created the page Rainbow in Proteopedia. Pages in Proteopedia should only be created if they are going to address a particular topic -- in this case Rainbows? Since you're not creating a page on Rainbows but rather doing your project for a class, please remove all your content from the page Rainbow that you created and place it on your user page User:Youngsen_Jeng, then I will delete the page Rainbow. Please do not put your project scenes on any pages other than the Sandboxes for practice editing or your User page.

Dear Youngsen,

Please see the above message and remove all content from the page Rainbow -- save it to your userpage if you'd like.

If you need to write me a message, you can do so on my user talk page User_talk:Eran_Hodis

Thanks, Eran

Rainbow page content moved

Dear Youngsen,

I moved the content of the page Rainbow to your user page. If you have any questions and need help, please either ask your instructor or me.

Comments on Proteopedia contribution

wrong assignment

Comment: Jeng and Kim
Assignment 7: IIIA: β-loop: Map the interactions stabilizing quaternary structure. Explain how these interactions contribute to quaternary structure stability. [2][5]

1. You are supposed to use the prokaryotic GS and not the human GS.
2. You are doing the wrong assignment according to my notes.
3. Before I grade this, you need to submit the correct assignment.

beta loop and quaternary structure

I see where the confusion lies. Your discussion is supposed to focus the role of the beta loop in stabilizing quaternary structure, which is not clear that you have done so given your discussion. You must try again. Tom Gluick 02:24, 19 December 2008 (IST)

Final Project

HI

You provide a nice summary of GS at the beginning and you end with some details of the beta loop. I wished you focused a bit more on the loop. In any case you provided enough information on the correct topic to proceed with grading.

For the outline: Grade: 7/9
For the final project: Grade: 8.0/10
