cis-ASP in flavoprotein?
The poor-fitting region around A398 can be improved by modeling the peptide bond between 397 and 398 as "cis". This seems to be an example of the unusual but not unheard-of "non-Pro cis peptide", since A398 is Asp. However it aligns with non-Pro cis peptides in Complex II from chicken ([2H88], Ser402) or E. coli ([2WDQ], Ser393).
