FunctionPublication Abstract from PubMedProtein domain family PF11267 (DUF3067) is a family of proteins of unknown function found in both bacteria and eukaryotes. Here we present the solution NMR structure of the 102-residue Alr2454 protein from Nostoc sp. PCC 7120, which constitutes the first structural representative from this conserved protein domain family. The structure of Nostoc sp. Alr2454 adopts a novel protein fold.
