NISBD is a disorder characterized by inflammatory features with neonatal onset, involving the skin, hair, and gut. Crystal structures of inhibitors bound to TACE revealed monodentate coordination of the hydantoin to the zinc. SAR, X-ray, and modeling designs are described.
