SMOF_AGRFC Part of the ABC transporter complex SmoEFGH involved in sulfoquinovosyl glycerol (SQGro) uptake (Probable). Binds sulfoquinovosyl glycerol (SQGro) (PubMed:35074914). Can also bind sulfoquinovose (SQ), methyl alpha-sulfoquinovoside (SQMe) and a short-chain derivative of sulfoquinovosyl diacylglycerol (SQDG) (PubMed:35341160). Cannot bind D-glucose and D-glucuronic acid (PubMed:35074914).[1] [2] [3] [4]
