DiseaseCLAT_HUMAN Defects in CHAT are the cause of congenital myasthenic syndrome with episodic apnea (CMSEA) [MIM:254210; formerly known as familial infantile myasthenia gravis 2 (FIMG2). CMSEA is an autosomal recessive congenital myasthenic syndrome.
