FunctionFlagellar biosynthetic protein F (FlhF) is involved in flagellar rearrangement, motility behavior, pattern of protein secretion and virulence phenotype[1]. FlhF is a putative GTPase often necessary for flagellar organelle development in polarly flagellated bacteria[2]. See more details in Samatey/1. Flagellar biosynthetic protein B (FlhB) is a highly conserved component of the flagellar secretion system and it plays an active role in the regulation of protein export[3].
