Structure of RXR DNA binding domain bound to a Human Mep DR1 Response element

The 6FBQ structure describes an homodimer of the DNA binding Domain (DBD) of Retidoid X Receptor bound to a Direct Repeat DR1 response element [1]. RXR belongs to the family of Nuclear Receptor. The two RXR DBD bind to the half sites of sequence GGGTCA and AGTTCA.
