1eve is a protein that is a drug used to prevent Alzheimer disease. The <scene name='Sandbox29/1eve/1'>overall structure</scene> of 1EVE contains 2 types of amphipathic elements; 15 <scene name='Sandbox29/Evebeta/1'>beta sheets</scene> and 16 <scene name='Sandbox29/Evealpha/1'>alpha helices</scene>.  1eve is a fairly standard molecule in the sense that the
<scene name='Sandbox29/Hydrophobic/1'>hydrophic</scene> aspects of the protein are well-maintained on the inside, while the hydrophillic portions are around the outside. 1eve has an active name called Acetylcholinesterase, which has a ligand called Aricept. There is an
<scene name='Sandbox29/Active_site/1'>active site</scene> in the middle of the molecule.  1eve is considered an AChE inhibitor, in which it has a high affinity for. The overall protein itself was created by a Japanese corporation called the Eisai Company.
