FunctionFlocculation protein or flocculin (FLO) are yeast adhesion protein family involved in cell-cell adhesion via lectin-carbohydrate interaction[1]. FLO1, FLO5, FLO9 and FLO10 have similar sequence and cause formation of cellular clumps (flocs) while FLO11 has unrelated sequence and is required for diploid formation and haploid invasive growth. You can make your own scenes on SAT starting from scratch or loading and editing one of these sample scenes.
