Function
DAPB_ECOLI Catalyzes the conversion of 4-hydroxy-tetrahydrodipicolinate (HTPA) to tetrahydrodipicolinate. Can use both NADH and NADPH as a reductant, with NADH being twice as effective as NADPH.[1] [2]
