Uploaded Image with Nature logo
Hi Alex, Two questions/comments: 1.) Image:PIC1.png is the name of an image you uploaded with the Nature logo. Please try to create more descriptive image names. PIC1.png tells us nothing about the image itself. 2.) What is the copyright or license on this image? (Image:PIC1.png) It it is an image from the Nature website and may be a copyrighted image. Please find this out and if it falls under copyright, you need to remove it from Proteopedia or else get permission to use it. Remember that all textual content you add to Proteopedia falls under the GNU FDL license (see the link at the bottom of every page), but images you upload may have separate licenses, but still must have compatible licenses to allow their addition to the Proteopedia website. Best, Eran
Section Headings
I changed Cyt2ba to use "headlines" or "section headings" instead of just bold text. Take a look at what I did there. See how to use section headings at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Cheatsheet Eran Hodis 13:22, 6 June 2008 (IDT)
Scene Names
Hi Alex, Each distinct scene should have it's own, unique name.
For example, in 2rkx you write:
<scene name='2rkx/Ke07_muti7d/6'>Lys222</scene> in position to stabilize the developing negative charge in the transition state while preventing interaction of Lys222 with <scene name='2rkx/Ke07_muti7d/7'>Glu101</scene>.
You have 2 distinct scenes here that show 2 separate things, yet you've saved them under the same name. Distinct scenes should have their own distinct names, and different version numbers should only serve to save different, improved, versions of those distinct scenes. Hope that helps.
Best, Eran
Cyt2ba
Hi Alex,
Try to use the largest section heading possible. The largest has 2 equals signs on either side. I changed the sections in Cyt2ba to reflect this. Also I added some different formatting. For example using {{Clear}} will separate one area of text from another so that they don't flow around each other.
Cyt2ba looks spectacular, congratulations on a job well done. I learned a lot about Cyt2ba from reading your page, and I look forward to new pages.
