Hi Daniel,

Nice work on 2veo, it looks great! I restored the Structure Box to the page because the links below have some valuable information. I kept the same size applet that you used. What do you think about making the scene alpha/beta hydrolase have the domain colored by secondary structure?

Hi Daniel,

The zoom level cannot be set numerically right now, you have to hold shift and then click and drag the mouse. In terms of making that "initial scene" green link go to the initial scene that you have set, I've asked Jaime Prilusky about it, he is responsible for the structure box, so he will have a look. My feeling is that we want to have it work as you've described. By the way, when adding a note, to sign with your name, use 4 tildas like so ~~~~. The result is your username followed by a timestamp like so: Eran Hodis 12:58, 17 June 2008 (IDT)
