Hi Marc,

I see you've uploaded two pdb files, and have started to add some textual description. If I may point out, you've added text to the page "Image:Rho1.pdb". The page "Image:Rho1.pdb" is actually a page where the file Rho1.pdb sits (all files are in an area for "images" on the wiki).

What I suggest instead is that you create a page in Proteopedia and give it an appropriate title, perhaps "Rho" or "Transcription Termination Factor Rho", and then add your textual content there -- all uploaded pdb files are accessible from any page in Proteopedia.

To create a new page in Proteopedia, simply search for the title of the page that you wish to create -- when it can't be found in the site, you will be presented with a red link "you can create this page", click on that. For additional help resources see the Video Guide linked to from the main page of Proteopedia (narrated introductory videos) as well as the blue "Help" button on the left toolbar visible from any page.

Image:Rho1.pdb -- Part 2

Hi Marc,

Now that I think about it, I actually really like the fact that you've annotated the page for the pdb file you've uploaded. Certainly an uploaded file page can benefit from 3D visualization as well as some short description as you've done! Nice. I just mistakenly thought that you were intending on creating a full page at that location -- a mistake some have made in the page.

You've got me thinking that every uploaded pdb file page should at least have a 3D applet added in an automatic manner!
