PGFS_LEIMA Catalyzes the NADP-dependent formation of prostaglandin F2-alpha from prostaglandin H2. Has also aldo/ketoreductase activity toward the synthetic substrates 9,10-phenanthrenequinone and p-nitrobenzaldehyde.^[1]
