PDB ID 1tov Show:Asymmetric Unit Biological Assembly Drag the structure with the mouse to rotate   Export Animated Image Under construction! 1tov is a rebuilt and re-refined version of 1lpl, giving an improvement of about 4% in Rfree, identifying a sulfate (seen in default images), and adding an additional turn of ordered helix toward the N-terminal end.[1] Both are from the SouthEast Collaboratory for Structural Genomics (SECSG).
