Summary

This is the alpha fold prediction of the methionine synthase from E. coli. The protein has four domains, each of which has been solved by crystallography previously. The domains are known to change orientation during the catalytic cycle, so their orientation in the model will not reflect every step in the cycle, if any. This is reflected in the "domain accuracy plot" provided together with the coordinates, https://alphafold.ebi.ac.uk/entry/P13009.
