Proteopedia:3D structures pages

From Proteopedia

Jump to: navigation, search

3D structures pages are pages listing the 3D structures related to proteins described on a Topic Pages, and also belong to the category Topic Page.

Page name starts with the same name as the related protein page plus the words 3D structures. For example Exonuclease and Exonuclease 3D structures or Ferredoxin NADP+ Reductase and Ferredoxin NADP+ Reductase 3D structures

First line contains a link to the page describing the protein For a general description of the protein see Carbonic anhydrase

Rationale for keeping a page with a description of the protein separated from the list of structures: The frequency of update and the editors for both kind of pages differ. Also, it's expected to have a mechanism to update the 3D structures pages automatically.
