I am currently a senior undergraduate at Tufts University, double majoring in biology and computer science. My main research area is computational biology, with a focus in protein bioinformatics. I am currently working to improve a protein structural aligner, and I plan to join a Ph.D. program upon graduation in computer science to pursue research relating to the functional annotation of proteins.
