Part of SMART team (Students Modeling a Research Topic) whose goal is to assist Professor Eddy Arnold of Rutgers University in his study of HIV/AIDS Reverse Transcriptase. We have studied the structure and function of RT, with the goal of creating 3d models using JMOL and a 3d printer, showing the main function of the protein.
